The International Research Journal Of Series recognises that authors from different regions and institutions may face financial constraints. Our APCS Waiver Policy outlines eligibility and the process for requesting partial or full waivers of Article Processing and Publication Charges.
Eligibility Criteria
Waivers are considered for authors from low-income countries, early-career researchers without institutional support, and in cases of genuine financial hardship. Decisions are made by the editorial office on a confidential basis.

Application Process
To apply, provide a brief statement explaining the reason for the waiver request and any supporting documentation. Submit the request during or after manuscript submission through the contact page.

Editorial Review

Decision Notification
Receive waiver decision within 10-14 business days of application submission

If approved, manuscript proceeds through review process with waived/discounted fees
